Role Summary
Constant improvement of production processes in order to more efficiently perform work activities with an emphasis on reducing production costs.
Key Responsibilities

Participates in ergonomic assessment and risk analysis in the workplace;
Organizes meetings with superiors in production in order to present their ideas and activities;
Monitors the fulfillment of defined action plans;
Follows MAFACT, ie the standards prescribed by Magna;
Monitors whether standardized project work is respected;
Analyzes and organizes actions for improvement according to MAFACT standards, improving work in production, develops and applies new procedures and rules to improve the efficiency of equipment use, quality of finished products, streamlines with the help of 5S methods in cooperation with relevant sectors;
Organizes and controls 5C in lines;
Plans and implements measures for continuous process improvement;
Participates in the evaluation and improvement of the work of all sectors;
Participates in LPA internal audits;

Key Qualifications/Requirements

Knowledge of the basics of the Kaizen System, Six Sigma
VII level of education;
Knowledge of English (advanced level);
Computer skills (MS Office)
Knowledge of LEAN methodology;
