We quest an External Logistics Team Supervisor for our new plant in Aleksinac as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the external logistics group, organizing the operational management of the work of their subordinates, their recruitment, development and training
  • Organization of reporting by the logistics department on key performance indicators
  • Implementation of innovative developments and optimization of procedures for the supply of services and materials, ensuring the production of the company
  • Implementation of filling, support and timely updating of information on the web portals of the Client and the Company
  • Planning the supply of raw materials
  • Placing orders to suppliers
  • Claim work with Suppliers
  • Control of customs clearance of goods arriving at the company and sent on behalf of the company
  • Control and organization of cargo transportation
  • Processing customer orders
  • Monitoring shipments of finished products to customers
  • Inventory of stocks
  • Implementation of ways to reduce material and time costs of the company to ensure the production of the company, constantly improving the efficiency of logistics processes in the company
  • Compliance with the requirements of labor protection, fire safety, industrial safety, civil defense, environmental protection
Key Qualifications/Requirements
  • Higher education in Logistics or comparable studies 
  • Fully PC literate – strong MS skills, SAP
  • Strong knowledge of Cusoms procedures, Production Planning, Inventory Control 
  • Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts governing the activities of the company in relation to imports, customs clearance, transportation;
  • Two to five years experience related to Customs regulations, Inventory Control, demand planning, production planning, or supply chain management
  • Proficient in the use of Enterprise Data Management systems 
  • Developed organizational skills, as well as time management and prioritization skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal, organizational, communication (verbal & written), presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and multiple demands
  • Reading, analyzing and interpreting the MRP system, inventory transactions and procedures
  • Knowledge of English at Intermediate level or above
