Role Summary

The Senior System Test Engineer – Test Management & Strategy is responsible for developing an overall system test plan & the best test strategy to ensure that Magna Electronics products are tested thoroughly to meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for defining the global standard for test management and reporting according to ASPICE and relevant testing standards
  • Responsible for defining the global standard of test strategies according to ADAS/AD product and customer roadmap
  • Provides the best and cost-effective solution to fulfill legal and industry standards
  • Defines a global standard of test reporting and management system according to industry standards
  • Will be responsible for quote activities for system test for new Magna business
  • Will be responsible for ensuring that GPEP/ME-PDP deliverables
  • Ensures compliance to Company procedures (e.g. Process - Work Instructions) and applicable standards (e.g. ISO/TS 16949, ISO/IEC TR 15504).
Key Qualifications/Requirements

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in engineering or demonstrated equivalent skills. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years experience regarding Responsibility / Main Activities (listed above) in serial development or comparable experience in automotive (mandatory), ADAS (mandatory); electronic (preferable) industry
