About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced OCM (Organizational Change Management) HR Systems Lead to join our team. As the OCM HR Systems Lead, you will play a critical role in the training and communication strategies and processes of our global HR Systems.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy involving Training and Communications for ongoing global HR Systems support.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as HR teams, IT teams, and business leaders, to understand their needs and concerns regarding HR systems changes and communications.
- Create and implement change management plans, including communication plans, training plans, stakeholder engagement, and transition plans.
- Develop and deliver effective communication materials to facilitate understanding and adoption of HR systems.
- Provide end user training, and develop and maintain effective and easy to use training materials.
- Lead the development and execution of a training strategy and effective training programs, ensuring employees are equipped to use HR platforms effectively.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns to support users in adapting to the new HR systems. Provide support and guidance to other members of the HR Systems team on OCM
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in OCM and HR systems, bringing innovative approaches to drive successful change initiatives.
Who we are looking for
- Proven experience of, 3 to 5 years, in managing organizational change initiatives, particularly related to HR systems or technology implementations.
- Strong knowledge of OCM principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Familiarity with HR and payroll systems such as Workday, Dayforce, SAP. Excellent understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator, preferably in adult education or corporate training.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Your preferred qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks and initiatives.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse adult audiences
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and mitigate risks and challenges related to change management for HR systems.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, driving results while managing ambiguity.
- Certification in OCM methodologies is an asset
- Exposure to global and decentralized environments is a plus.
