Role Summary

This role will be part of Magna’s growing internal SAP AMS HCM team supporting Magna divisions in their daily business. Main responsibilities are support activities and coordination of projects. Additionally, there are opportunities to participate within global projects like Magna’s implementation of Workday and other strategic projects on current roadmap (e.g. SAP Fiori, SAP Concur, etc). The successful incumbent will have the possibility to be developed into a Team Leader role. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Configuration, maintenance, and improvement of Magna’s existing and growing SAP HCM landscape.
  • Professional consulting and training of (key) users in functional departments in an international environment (team and customers).
  • Participation in day-to-day support business with incidents and service requests.
  • Coordination of rollout and implementation projects.
  • Self-responsible coordination and execution of small projects (change requests).
  • Coordination of external partners.
  • Single point of contact for customer divisions.

Knowledge and Education

  • Experience in implementation and coordination of SAP HCM projects 
  • Detailed hands-on knowledge in SAP modules Time management and/or German Payroll  
  • Good process know-how in all Human Resources related area 
  • Fluent in English (written and oral) 
  • Fluent in German (written and oral) 

Work Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years of work-related experience.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

  • University Degree/College Diploma or a minimum of 5 recent years of experience in a similar position 
  • General process Know how within Human Resources area 
  • Detailed know how about German law/rules according to payroll and/or time management

Work Environment

Regular overnight travel 10-25% of the time
