About the Role
The Base Software Engineer is responsible for the development of embedded software in C/C++ programming language. In this role, the engineer will work mainly in the working in the ECU and Microcontroller abstraction layers to develop, configure, and diagnose the complex drivers to develop and configure the AUTOSAR stack within the Base Software Module. These activities shall begin during the concept phase of a project and extend through the serial development phase to the end of production.
As an Intermediate level engineer, the engineer will work independently with limited supervision to evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria using knowledge and judgement to make adaptations and modifications.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for verification of CDD platform releases
- Coordination of verification activities for SF.4 release of the CDD platform
- Interface to developer team
- Develop test cases in Embedded C
- Representative for ASPICE Level 3 Assessment on SWE.3/.4 within CAP context and in CDD platform
- Evaluate findings and coordinate/track them (ASPICE SUP.10
Who we are looking for
Autosar CDD Platform Developer
Your preferred qualifications
- At least 5 years of Embedded C development (MISRA C)
- Strong knowledge of functional safety standards and regulations, such as ISO 26262 as the CDD modules are developed up to ASIL D
- Certification (TÜV, EQCI, or similar) in functional safety (ISO 26262).
- Key know-how for the testing tool autotest
- Advanced knowledge for Python3 (>= 3.8)
- Deep knowledge about Infineon AURIX (TC36x/37x/38x), including register settings + periphery
