Role Summary
The Cloud Financial Analyst possesses both financial skills and familiarity with the Azure cloud platform.
The ideal candidate possess:
- Experience with financial analysis using Excel spreadsheets.
- Experience or a willingness to learn the Azure Cloud
- Ability to work effectively with global teams supporting global initiatives
- Ability to follow directions from others
- A “Can do” attitude
- Time management skills and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze cost and performance characteristics of every Azure resource group
- Develop summary spreadsheets that list potential areas for cost improvement
Key Qualifications/Requirements
- Operating systems: MS Windows
- MS Office 365 tools, especially MS Excel
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Self-initiative with staying up to date with new cloud developments
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of the Azure portal
- Able to communicate in English Language (listening, writing, speaking)
Knowledge, Education and Work Experience
- Completion of bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering or a related field
- 1 year IT experience
