Manufacturing Engineer

About the Role

As Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and productivity. If you have a strong background in CNC, CAD, CAM programming, mechanical knowledge, and experience with robotics, we encourage you to apply.

Your Responsibilities

- Design and develop manufacturing processes for new products

- Create and modify CAD drawings for tooling and fixtures

- Program CAM software for CNC machines

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow

- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

- Conduct time studies and implement continuous improvement initiatives

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support

- Develop and implement quality control measures

- Train production staff on new processes and equipment

Who we are looking for

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)

- Experience with CAM programming for CNC machines

- Knowledge of mechanical principles and manufacturing processes

- Proficiency in robot programming is a plus

- Familiarity with quantum engineering is a plus

- Experience with welding processes is preferred

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
