Quality Manager

About the Role

As a Quality Manager, you will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. This critical role requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage quality assurance processes effectively.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent product quality
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any deviations from quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Train employees on quality control procedures and provide ongoing support and guidance
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure compliance in all aspects of production
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality systems and processes

Who we are looking for

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

•  Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience

• Five or more years of experience as a quality manager within an automotive manufacturing facility
