Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated OneStream Support Analyst to join our team. The OneStream Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise for the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the OneStream platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and/or technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users experiencing issues with the OneStream platform.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or ticketing system, and ensure timely resolution of reported problems.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis of incidents and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Assist in the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the OneStream application, including user access, security settings, data integration, and system upgrades.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions and develop training materials to promote user adoption and maximize system utilization.
  • Stay up to date with the latest features, enhancements, and best practices in the OneStream platform.
  • Participate in system testing, including regression testing, to ensure the stability and reliability of the OneStream application.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Practical experience in Accounting / Finance / ERP systems is preferred
  • Previous systems implementation experience / support is preferred
  • Proven problem-solving skills, “hands-on” mentality
  • Ability to interact and have a customer focused attitude
  • Good English skill including both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) is a plus
  • A willingness to support in a busy and entrepreneurial environment and work under agreed upon deadlines when required
  • A willing of taking challenge and responsibility
  • A “get it done” attitude 
  • Collaboration with global team and external consultants, team approach
  • Accept necessary travel

Work Experience

  • Previous experience as a support analyst or similar role, preferably with expertise in implementing and supporting OneStream or a similar financial consolidation and reporting software.
  • Practical experience on ERP Finance and controlling is preferred
  • Experience of automotive industry is preferred
  • Working experience with financial systems, e.g. OneStream/SAP/Hyperion (HFM) is preferred
