Your New Role
To analyze, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical machinery, equipment, and components.
What you will Need to Succeed
- Certified/Licensed Industrial Millwright;
- Minimum two years of experience in an automotive manufacturing environment or a minimum five years of experience in an industrial environment;
- Physically capable of performing essential duties of the job.
As A Millwright, You Will
- Analyze, repair, and troubleshoot machinery such as: Stamping presses, Hydroforming presses, Robotic welding assembly lines, Conveyors and other Hydraulic Systems.
- Analyze, repair, and troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic circuits and their associated components. (Hydraulic experience is a prerequisite).
- Design, modify, and update related schematics;
- Optimization of machine functionality for uptime, cycle time, and energy conservation;
- Assist the maintenance department planning of PM activity scheduling;
- TS16949 awareness and adherence;
- ISO14001 awareness and adherence;
- Lean Manufacturing and 5S concepts awareness and adherence;
- Work safely and within the guidelines of the Deco Employee Handbook.
- Maintain safety standards of equipment and work area and perform all duties in a safe manner in accordance with the safety policies and within the guidelines of the Deco Employee Handbook
- Services, maintains, repairs, installs and tests new or existing equipment and verifies conformance to specifications
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills and is results oriented.
