Role Summary
Key Responsibilities

Practice-oriented and proactive provision of legal advice regarding employment and labour related legal matters

Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements with respect to Employment and Labour

Preparation of strategic recommendations based upon relevant human resources policies and procedures

Support implementation of new conditions according to legislation or case law

Develop and conduct labour and employment related training and continuing education sessions, facilitate exchange of information

Draft and review of human resources policies and procedures

Advice on general HR issues including union and employee representation matters, cross-border employments, specific questions regarding deployment of consultants and external personnel, integration of newly acquired companies etc.

Representation in arbitration and coordination of litigation
Key Qualifications/Requirements
- 3 years or more work experience

High level of service orientation, economical understanding and ability for acting pragmatically

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English language, preferably German and / or Eastern European language in addition
Education

University degree in Legal education with specialization on employment and labour law
