The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. MISSION: To represent MAGNA to the customer and vice versa. He is responsible for monitoring customer’s satisfaction and promoting activities based on the business development with the Customer. Furthermore, to negotiate with the Customer the offers according to direction’s settings and notify problems impacting negatively on Customer’s satisfaction, solving them by specific activities.


  • To gather RFQ and define technical and commercial specifications’ details with the Customer
  • To activate RFQ team (following Quote Process Flow) and follow up internal RFQ activities
  • To lead the Sales Account team of the own Customers
  • To write the Official Offer to the Customer in line with our internal Approval procedures (contained into the Quote Process Flow)
  • To negotiate with the Customer and to store the agreement details of every negotiation in a historical offers database.
  • To set strategic Business Plan and to support for the preparation of the Company Budget
  • To manage Customers’ relationship


EDUCATION LEVEL AND MATTERS OF STUDIES: Degree in Engineering and/or Economics

REQUESTED WORK EXPERIENCES: 5 Years in Sales or adequate experiences

LANGUAGES: English, Italian and German or French, depending on the customer. And/or other qualifications (e.g. empathy).
