Your Responsibilities
Interns will be involved in one or more of the following responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Support: Assist with sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and communicating with applicants.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Help streamline the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and guiding new employees through their orientation.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and assist with benefits administration and payroll coordination.
- Benefits: Support our Benefits Specialist in maintaining accurate records of employee benefits and assist employees with enrolling in benefits
- Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and surveys.
- Training and Development: Organize training programs, maintain training records, and gather feedback to assess program effectiveness.
- Policy Compliance: Help ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws by conducting regular audits and providing policy guidance.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects focused on process improvements, diversity and inclusion, and HR analytics.

- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate Level)
- An enthusiastic learner with a proactive attitude.
Your preferred qualifications
- Intern Qualification: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
