An amalgamation of two prior shops dating back to 1978, the modern Maple Stamping as we now know it was formed in 2008 here in Concord, Ontario, Canada. We are proud to celebrate our employee base of more than 400 hard working people, that together represent a diverse and multi-disciplined team - many of whom have worked loyally for Magna for more than 30 years. Accordingly, we are eager to continue building on our narrative in the 2020's and we want you to become a part of our story too.

We offer professional hard and soft skill development for all of our team by empowering our veteran employees to educate and lead the new; and, in turn, we wholeheartedly embrace the spririt of Kaizen or continuous improvement in part by embracing change and encouraging new employees to be impactful with their ideas and talents. Our employee experience is family-oriented and specifically focused on offering a degree of work-life balance that is rarely found in the facilities of our competitors. Our continuous improvement programs are reflective of the creative and dynamic work envrionment we offer to our people, rewarding those seeking to disrupt the status quo and engage in changing for the better.

Our MP&L Team is only a couple of years old, as originally our management of material flows throughout the plant was a funtion owned by numerous production departments. As a stand-alone team with it's own reporting structure, we have worked hard to promote cross-functional training, supporting multiple mobile equipment tickets for each employee, rotation of jobs and work areas and above all else - teamwork among the hard working employees that endeavor to stage material for operations teams and ensure shipments go out the door when they're supposed to. A dedicated group, they require strong and naturally gifted leaders in order to function at their best. If you are reading this job posting today, perhaps that person is you. If so, we candidly and wholeheartedly welcome your application to join our team.

The best technologies come by challenging the status quo. At Magna, we foster an environment where your ideas can electrify vehicles, make full autonomy a reality and build smarter, more connected cities. We can help you do it.

Let’s create the future of mobility, together. Dream big. With us.
