Job Introduction



You are part of the global Supplier Risk Management team and report to the Global VP Vendor Risk & Supply Chain Management (EU). In this role, you will support the Global VP Vendor Risk & Supply Chain Management and the team, provide operational oversight through processes, data collection, project developments and activity reporting, in addition to the usual risk assessment processes, primarily in analysis of global supplier networks and in the optimization and digitization of analysis processes, group-wide risk management processes and all activity reporting with database maintenance. You will further oversee the data analytics branch. 



Major Responsibilities



  • Development, supervision, and maintenance of a system to identify global commodity flow chains, survey of supplier location risks and global incident monitoring. 
  • Operational oversight of global & regional SRM activities
  • Ensuring efficient and effective monitoring, processing, and maintenance, as well as reporting of the evaluation data provided. 
  • Design and optimization of procedures and processes in connection with supplier risk processes and internal information strategies. 
  • Ensure all projects and stages are defined, organized and executed as a working group lead as well as facilitate data exchange with central and group systems. 


Knowledge, Education and Work Experience


  • Successfully completed relevant studies (e.g., mathematics, computer science, physics, engineering, economics, data analytics) 
  • Professional experience as a data analyst or in the field of risk management or comparable knowledge and skills 
  • Analytical thinking skills and pronounced affinity for numbers/data and processes
  • Ability to organize to get projects & tasks completed
  • Knowledge of statistical modelling, data analytics and/or risk management 
  • Experience in the supply chain area would be an advantage 
  • Good MS Excel and IT application skills 
  • Good English knowledge 
  • Independent and organized way of working 
  • Reliability, accuracy and stress resistance 
  • Team player with hands-on mentality

Travel activity: Regular travel of 10-25% with overnight stays
