Job Description

The Integration Manager, Reporting & HR Systems manages a team responsible for:

  • The design, development, maintenance, integration and reporting of HR and business KPIs/metrics through cubes, ad-hoc reports, and dashboards
  • The analysis, design, development, implementation of integrations to various systems either point-to-point or via Magna’s HR data hub
  • End to end monitoring and support of HR related data flows through the GIT managed system landscape


This position will also cover oversight and guidance on deliverables provided by any external partners as well as supervising & leading a small team of developers and business analysts.

Major Responsibilities
  • Manage staff to ensure that application support issues are responded in a timely manner, and interfaces are monitored as required
  • Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery, dashboard usability and functionality in alignment with HR strategy and initiatives
  • Ensure all support issues are prioritized effectively and are tracked through to completion with all stakeholders.
  • Determine budget, staff, tools and specialized support necessary to maintain business support
  • Provide oversight and direction for application and process support functions
  • Support Workday team on implementations and transition into an operational mode after customer acceptance.
  • Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues.
  • Provides guidance and support during testing, and monitors software and systems defects resolution.
  • Proactively identifies and recommends opportunities for operational excellence and process improvements to eliminate inefficiencies and better support business needs
  • Supports migrations, deployments and maintenance activities through systems environments.
  • Provides the required technology, methodology and oversight to enable dashboard and analytic scenarios covering data extraction, integration, warehousing, modelling and visualization / reporting.
  • Support research and make recommendations on data driven analytics and metrics
  • Ensure the team is equipped to provide 2nd & 3rd Level support for all developed dashboards and any integrations going through the data hub
  • Govern and oversee 3rd party development activities
Knowledge and Education
  • Completion of University Degree

  • 3 to 5 Years of Work Related Experience

  • Strong focus on customer service and effective communication;
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities supporting apps in different lines of business
  • Proficiency in ETL & EAI concepts and its implementation (Talend, SSIS preferred)
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience in developing reporting or dashboard solutions with BI tools (Microsoft stack preferred)
  • Experience managing and interacting with multiple vendors
  • Exposure to HR related Systems (Workday, SAP HCM,...) would be beneficial
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and a functional understanding of core HR business terminology and practices
  • Strong English skills are mandatory

Regular overnight travel around 10-25% of the time.

Additional Information

The annual remuneration package for this position is a minimum of EUR 50.000,- with corresponding qualification. We offer attractive benefits (e.g. employee profit participation program) and a salary which is in line with market conditions depending on your skills and experience.
