Job Introduction

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Senior System Analyst is responsible for the daily IAM operational activities, including the timely on-boarding, off-boarding, and cross-boarding of system access. Working in close partnership with various cross-functional areas within IT, business units and external partners, defines, implements, and manages system enterprise roles and permissions. The role may focus on technical or administrative aspects of IAM or encompass a mixture of both. The Senior System Analyst also ensures that IAM service levels are closely monitored and maintained and will conduct scheduled access reviews as required.

Major Responsibilities

  • Overlooks account lifecycle management, governance, and administration from inception to termination for all users.
  • Participates in development planning sessions, weekly team status meetings and create/update appropriate project management documentation as required.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and creates detailed documentation of Identity Management needs, including workflows and steps required to maintain and minimize security impacts.
  • Coordinates with users to resolve issue and conflicts with systems and services.
  • Understands and applies identity security concepts, processes, and technologies and educate business areas.
  • Works with vendors to ensure needed coordination is in place between application owners and identity management development and support teams.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Experience, Knowledge and Education

  • 4 years' work-related experience in Business/Technology related degree or 4 related experiences required.
  • Studies in Business Informatics or other comparable education.

Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to understand complex business and information technology management processes
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, Business Analysis, documentation of functional specifications, test cases, testing documentations.
  • Advanced knowledge in writing processes and procedural document reviewing/updating.

Work Environment

Regular travel up to 5-10% of the time.

The annual remuneration package for this position is a minimum of EUR 60.000,- with corresponding qualification. We offer attractive benefits (e.g. employee profit participation program) and a salary which is in line with market conditions depending on your skills and experience.
