QUALITY MANAGER
POSITION OVERVIEW:
TResponsible administrator of quality department giving fulfillment to defined standards by the company to clients and internally to make sure delivery of the products with a high-quality standard on time and lower cost, provide leadership in coordination, facilitation, motivation, and efforts to the team.

- Supplier quality Management
- Quality systems.
- Warranty management.
- Solving problems methodology.
- Laboratory management.
- Quality assurance in new products.
- Negotiation abilities in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Full leadership in quality areas process, product, and relationship with clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent , Master degree desirable
- IATF 16949. ISO 9001: 2015
- Passport & VISA
- World class manufacture.
- ESD controls and administration
- Core Tools. (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Control Plan)
- IPC A 610/ 7721
- SAP
- Problem solving 5whys 8D, A3, Ishikawa.
- VDA
- CQI 14- 15- 17
- Desirable PSCR (Product safety system)
- Desirable Weibull Training.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure quality policies duty of the company.
- Ensure that promote customer approach in all organization.
- KPIs administration
- Inform to top management about quality administration systems performance and improvement opportunities.
- Follow up to systems development ISO9001 IATF 16949
- Assigned as PSCR of the company.
- Develop e implement policies and philosophies for strategic direction and all quality systems in the company.
- Lead, set up, Support, and implant quality programs in the plant.
- Develops and/or attend in develop new policies and procedures to the company organization standards.
- Monitor and control cost and times relates with quality projects and area.
- Provides leadership in problem solving by initiating actions to remove obstacles and prevent potential quality problems.
- Directs and coordinates activities with internal and external resources to resolve quality problems.
- Analyzes and monitors supplier products to increase productivity and/or quality, reviewing and documenting the results of improvements.
- Leads continuous improvement efforts.
- Researches, recommends, implements, and manages new and/or existing quality assurance processes.
- Provide quality support for the implementation of new products.
- Process design functions to determine product flow using current engineering and continuously improving techniques.
- Analyze the structure of various products and processes in order to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Monitor and control the objectives and costs of assigned projects by establishing time reduction programs on the lines.
- Evaluate performance from the quality team.

- Perform service or material requisitions in SAP

- Participation in the ideas program.
- Actively participate in the implementation of CTPAT requirements in the Organization.
- Follow up on the internal audit program.
- Carry out internal audits according to the established schedule.
- Monitor the correct execution of the established requirements through our documentation.
- In case of detecting an anomaly, immediately report executing the corresponding reaction and escalation plan.
