Role Summary

Pay Rate: $45.87/ HR (After Probation) - Night Shift: 11:30 pm – 7:30 am

Key Responsibilities


The successful candidate will repair and maintain Injection, SMC and Rim tools.  Ensure minimum tooling downtime for mould operations. Facilitate hydraulic equipment issues and drive corrective actions.


- Repair and maintain Injection, SMC and RIM tools (surface damage, parting lines, engineering changes,
  cylinders, seal off, etc.)                                                               
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure all moulds are in constant operating condition
- Responsible for determining when tool cannot be repaired in-house and making arrangements with
  production to have tool removed from the machine                                                                 

Key Qualifications/Requirements


- Must be a licensed Tool & Die /Mouldmaker
- Must have 5 years experience working on large tools, (Injection and/or RIM moulding)
- Must have knowledge of SVG systems, core pulls, hot manifolds, polishing and rebuilds
- Spotting press experience preferred
- CNC lathe and mill experience required
