Key Responsibilities

  • Located in Kechnec plant and reports to General Manager.
  • Ensuring the organizational and functional workability of production
  • Definition of strategies and principles in the areas of responsibility in coordination with the company management
  • Ensuring the further development of production into a modern part of the company while meeting the requirements for quality assurance
  • Compliance with legal and operational regulations and the management of technical superiors and employees in production and maintenance
  • Creation and further development of strategic principles, concepts and methods of the company and the specialist areas of production and maintenance
  • Planning and control of the production programs as well as the resulting capacity planning, continuous optimization of internal production structures and processes
  • Creation and control / monitoring of the product scheduling in order to ensure the reliable, timely and high-quality processing of the orders
  • Information and advice for company management and executives on all questions relating to the area of ​​competence
  • Ensuring that the requirements of quality assurance and environmental management are applied in the production techniques

Key Qualifications/Requirements

  • Academic graduate engineer for electronics and electromechanics 
  • 5-8 years of experience on top management position 
  • Required work experience: Quality system, Production system, Leadership
  • Knowledge of company’s strategic policies and objectives
  • Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others
  • Excellent communication skills, personal responsibility, negotiating skills
  • Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members.
  • English and Slovak - active, written and spoken form.
