Key Responsibilities

Managing the project from start to finish:

  • managing the project budget and costs
  • performing the project risk management
  • controlling project status at every stage
  • planning the project resources
  • regular reporting of project status to the customer, supervisor and the Group
  • leading the project team
  • creating and managing project schedules
  • identifying and solving potential problems in the scope of the implemented project
  • supervising engineering changes for a given project with an emphasis on adherence to established processes, timely implementation of the change and cost control

Key Qualifications/Requirements

University education (preferred technical fields)

Minimum  5 years of experience in PM role

Skills and competencies:

  • Project team building
  • Managerial
  • Analytical
  • Decision making
  • Problem solving
  • Fluent in German and English
  • MS Office package (especially MS Project)
  • Good understanding of Catia and AutoCad tools, CPMP Process
  • Knowledge of PM methods: (i.a APQP, PRINCE)
  • Practice in APQP, FMEA
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001:2015
