Group Summary

The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.

 

About the Role

Define &  Develop APQP project plans according to Customer & Project milestones, and track progress to ensure customer quality expectations are met, including driving,

FMEA activities and the development of control plans,

Prepare project plan and obtain management approval of the project plan,

Apply project resources according to the approved project plan.

Your Responsibilities

Analyze risk and instigate avoidance activities. Establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action,

Analyze the actual performance against the plan and adjust consistent with plan objectives,

Keep all stakeholders informed of progress and issues,

Involve functional expertise in design reviews and key decisions as well as risk strategies,

Manage change to preserve business plan commitments. Initiate Phase Review if objectives must change,

Negotiate the performance of activities with team members and managers,

Establish and publish clear priorities among project activities,

Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project.

Who we are looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive industry; at least 3 years in project department,

Excellent quality system background (mainly TS 16949 / testing, calibration etc.),

Advanced intermate level of MS Office and MS Project,

Ability to cooperate within the team; openness to thoughts and ideas of the others; willingness and friendliness,

Strong communication and presentation skills for customer, supplier and internal organization,

Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in Turkish and in English.
