Key Responsibilities

  • Following supplier part APQP and PPAP (product release),
  • Following supplier performance and define action within supplier KPI's,
  • Review analysis of field inquiry reports and Position of the complaint, management and Monitoring of the required measures in the direction of the supplier,
  • Coordination of supplier visits, implementation of proactive and reactive supplier improvement measures,
  • Making yearly supplier audit within development plans,
  • Reporting to the Supplier Quality Manager and working alongside supervisors, technicians and other support groups,
  • Support to other MAGNA plant if necessary.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering at reputable university,
  • Min 3 years’ experience in Automotive Quality Department, SQA position is preferable,
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in English,
  • Good knowledge of the systems for improving the supplier quality,
  •  IATF 16949:2016 Internal Auditor, VDA 6.3 Certifications is plus,
  • Strong knowledge about AIAG Core tools (FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, APQP),
  • Knowledge about problem solving techniques as 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa etc.,
  • Knowledge of using the measurement equipment’s,
  • Understanding and interpretation of technical drawings,
  • Experience about Injection process and plastics parts, STI, wire harness,
  • Understanding of cost and financial impacts,
  • Good planning and reporting skills,
  • Negotiation and team working skills.
