关于此职位

  •  Development and implementation of warranty in process,.
  •  Monitor OEM warranty database and create warranty report in time and give alarm to  CFT team..  
  •  Customer system maintenance and warranty date submission improve customer satisfaction

您的职责

  •  Tracking warranty issue improvement progress and effectiveness， monthly review with CFT..
  • Communicating and disputing with customer for Non-Magna responsible parts  .
  • Confirm and statistic warranty cost , tracking TOP3 warranty cost issue improvement and reduce warranty cost .

我们要找的人

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mechanical or equivalent
  •  MS-Office, Internet, MS-Project, MS-Visio, Lotus Notes.
  •  5 years Quality experience is preferred
  •  Familiar with IATF16949,PPAP,SPC,MSA. APQP,FMEA manuals.
