Group Summary

• Coordinates daily production activities including job assignments and rotations.
• Meets with the Team Leader prior to shift start-up to understand the current line and production state, absentee/tardiness call-ins, and changes to normal employee work areas/equipment.
• Together with the Team Leader, holds daily pre-shift meetings to inform Production Associates of any changes, to communicate daily requirements and to promote involvement in issues affecting employees or their work areas.
• Ensures TPM/Daily Care activities, safety checks, tip changes, etc. are completed properly and as scheduled.
• Ensures that operators are trained, qualified, and capable of performing assigned duties
• Other duties as assigned in job description or by Dept. Manager
