Role Summary

 

For our division in Munich we are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) asap.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Processing of existing projects and support in the acquisition of new customer projects as well as establishment and expansion of customer contacts in alignment with the manager
  • Regular customer contacts and cooperation in the project team
  • Coordinating and ensuring service-oriented processing of customer inquiries and technical changes
  • Support in sales planning tasks and realization for the assigned customer area as well as support in short-, medium- and long-term revenue planning for this customer
  • Preparation of proposal documents and concepts for decision submission in coordination with the manager
  • Presentation of offers and concepts to the customer as well as execution of company presentations
  • Preparation of price negotiations
  • Ongoing support of the customer during the project phase, maintaining business relations as a contact person to ensure a profitable long-term customer relationship
  • Management of change costs of existing projects
  • Processing of inquiries and feedback in customer online portals
  • Maintenance of price lists and documentation

Key Qualifications/Requirements

 

  • Degree in business administration, industrial engineering or engineering (specializing in mechanical/automotive engineering) with a focus on sales
  • Alternatively: relevant professional experience in sales and technical background
  • Very good knowledge of German and English both written and spoken
  • Outstanding communication and coordination skills
  • Confident appearance and assertiveness coupled with excellent manners, representative and diplomatic manner
  • High motivation and ability to work under pressure, flexibility, willingness to travel
  • Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
