Role Summary

  • The position will involve working on strategic projects involving both Project/Program Management, Information Technology and Systems Projects. 
  • Assist in the development and management of new and existing programs to meet requirements within the manufacturing facilities. Coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management.

Key Responsibilities

•    Work collaboratively on assigned projects with a multi-disciplinary team by building working relationships through effective meeting management and one on one conversations.
•    Willing to provide constructive feedback and suggestions.
•    Create and maintain effective record keeping on all aspects of assigned projects.
•    Provide weekly feedback on project status to senior leadership and Program Management team. .
•    Meet assigned deliverable timing on projects.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

•    Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•    Good understanding of Software Development and Testing processes.
•    Exposure to some form of Computer Programming.
•    Exposure to Data Analytics and Tools such as Power BI.
•    College or University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
