About the Role
We are looking for an HR System Specialist who supports us part time and will be responsible for the successful implementation and continuous development of our HR systems. In this role, you will play a key part in establishing our HR system landscape and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that our HR software solutions are effectively implemented and supported.
Your Responsibilities
• Responsible for successful implementation of all HR Systems (e.g. Workday, Payroll)
• Establishing the whole HR system landscape
• Interface to stakeholders (e.g. HR, IT)
• Coordinate and ensure implementation of HR software solutions
• Functional system support for HR business processes (e.g. Reporting)
Who we are looking for
• Ongoing or completed education with focus on human resources, economics, business informatics or comparable qualification
• Experienced with HR tools (Workday, Successfactors, ADP, Dayforce) desirable
• General understanding of personnel management processes
• Enthusiasm for IT-supported processes
• Processual way of thinking regarding cross-functional and cross-system design of business processes
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
• Independent, structured and accurate way of working with hands-on mentality
• Responsible personality with strong communication and teamworking skills
Your preferred qualifications
• GPHR / SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, a hands-on attitude, and the ability to think strategically and holistically.
