About the Role

To support our global System and Software Quality, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/x) for our office in Sailauf as soon as possible. The working student is part of our quality department at the site and involved in communication with our quality teams Worldwide (North America, Europe, India). By being involved in various topics and areas, the working student gains a comprehensive insight into the ASPICE and Automotive industry wide used tools e.g., PTC Integrity, QAC, GitHub, Jenkins etc. His task also requires interfaces to other internal areas such as the development team, tools team and Magna International.

Your Responsibilities

  • Standardizing the usage of various tools (Integrity, QAC, GitHub, Jenkins) by writing the guidelines
  • Set up the foundation for reporting various set of information by creating queries, dashboards in the tools
  • Creation of weekly, monthly reports for company-wide use
  • Preparation and consolidation of monthly customer specific quality reports
  • Development & maintenance of reporting tools & templates

Who we are looking for

  • Student of Engineering - computers, electronics preferred
  • Engineering enthusiast motivated to learn tools and their application in Automotive industry

Your preferred qualifications

  • MS Excel: extensive knowledge
  • MS Power Point: good knowledge
  • Visual Basic application: good knowledge
  • Power BI: good knowledgeEnglish: fluent, German: Preferred
