Role Summary

This role is in Munich or Graz and is supporting the European Talent Attraction and Employer Branding team as part of the global strategy in this field. Our team is responsible for positioning Magna as an employer of choice within the European talent market by developing strategies that extend the reach of our employer brand and value proposition. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the European Talent Attraction & Employer Branding department with the execution of key projects and activities (e.g. Launch of a European University Recruitment Strategy)
  • Coordinate actions and follow-ups on initiatives leading up to Magna International events i.e. IAA, Formula Student, etc.
  • Conduct research and present best practices in Talent Attraction & Employer Branding
  • Support with documentation, data administration, and tracking (e.g. Review Site analysis)
  • EVP content preparation for digital strategy: online job board channels and Social Media
  • Collaboration with our communication and marketing team on launching Employer Branding related Social Media content/campaigns through the Magna channels
  • Inventory management of branded giveaways, displays and recruitment material

Key Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resource, Marketing or similar
  • Preferable first-hand working experience in Talent Management, Recruiting or HR Marketing
  • Project management experience is an asset
  • Customer service focus, including strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organization and with external vendors
  • Strong time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively by paying attention to detail
  • Interest in international work across the fields of Talent, Employer Branding, HR-Marketing and Social Media
  • Fluency of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to travel as assigned
