Role Summary
Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department. Assists in maintaining a positive employee relations environment. Duties include supporting various HR Functions and Projects
Key Responsibilities
• Observes all rules of confidentially as they relate to personnel and/or client information
• Supports various HR Projects within the different HR Functions (i.e. Recruitment, Compensation, Training, Benefits, etc.)
• Supports maintenance of HRIS Systems (Workday, ADP)
• Assists with the creation or communications for posting & distribution as well as maintaining all communication centers
• Assists with the administration of company sponsored employee activities.
• Provides administrative services e.g., copying, filing, etc. as needed.
• Updates Training records, New hire packets, LOA packets etc.
• Assists with data entry and preparing packages related to Open Enrollment
• Maintain and ensure all documents within internal databases are added and up to date
• Maintain Good Housekeeping of the area

Education
High School Education or GED (or equivalent work experience) in Human Resources or related field.
Working Toward Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Experience/Special Knowledge/Skills
Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and presentations.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully complete multiple tasks within established and changing deadlines.
Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.

Physical Demands/Work Environment
Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer, may require travel.
