Klíčové zodpovědnosti

• Developing of CAE CFD procedures – standardization, optimization, automation, verification, correlation of material properties
• Training for other CAE CFD Engineers and other non-CAE Engineers
• Support CAE Engineers on projects – expertise, mentoring, approving, lessons learned
• Support Engineering on projects – lessons learned, best practices, design guidelines, technical reviews, customer presentation
• Cooperation with other Technical Experts and Global Leaders on future aiming of CAE Global Group in Magna Lighting
• Cooperation with other Technical Experts and Global Leaders on Product Delivery Process standardization

Klíčové kvalifikace / požadavky

• At least 7 years in automotive lighting thermal/condensation simulations
• MSc or PhD
• Software skills Ansa, Fluent or Star CCM+, Data processing
• Excellent knowledge of thermal simulations of front and rear lighting including radiative sources
• Excellent knowledge of condensation simulations and anti-fog counter measurements
• Excellent knowledge of passive and active cooling
• Excellent knowledge of materials and surface properties including PCBs, transparent materials
• Experience with measurements to support verification, correlation tasks
• Knowledge of optics and influence to focusing radiation to hot spots
• Knowledge of LED sources and driving electronics - linear and DC/DC converters
• Be a good team worker and supportive
•  English language (daily communication)
