Il gruppo Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting è specializzato nelle tecnologie automotive che guidano il futuro della mobilità. Sintesi del ruolo

Responsible owner for the flowless launch of new programs and ongoing programs within the specified quality targets, budget targets, and timing targets that will ensure customer satisfaction

Responsabilità principali

  • Ownership for assigned on going programs and carry over programs following PDP process, accountable to drive programs  and cross functional teams.
  • Responsible for assigned new lauch programs, managing the hand over with the Advanced PM accordingly with the PDP process.
  • Utilize Company and Customer Timing Plans, Time/Resource Activity Plans, Program Open Issues Lists and Meeting Reports to control the activities of all resources assigned to the Strategy.
  • Lead cross functional teams as necessary to achieve program deliverables as outlined by program timing, based on the internal and external program strategy.  
  • Establish and continuously improve customer relationships to gain a competitive advantage on current and future business opportunities.
  • Maintain a professional behaviour at all times.
  • Maintain safety and housekeeping at all times. Provide his/her team with the necessary means to comply with Health & Safety and Environment rules and assure they are properly used.
  • Follow weekly activities related to the LRR in order to guarantee a flowless launch for the new programs and report  monthly to the top Management the  LRR presentation.
  • Ownership for assigned ECO (engineering change order) after ECR approval.

Qualifiche/requisiti chiave

  • Bachelor’s degree in either Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent degree
  • Minimum 3 years in the field of high volume production mechanical devices with experience in the following: 
    • Manufacturing
    • Quality
    • Engineering
  • Understanding of current and future OEM business strategies in order to secure new business.
  • Experience in resource planning and reporting for engineering projects.
  • Experience and costs forecasting and reporting for engineering projects.
  • Working knowledge of purchasing, accounting methods, and cost estimating methods.
  • Working knowledge of computer driven word processing, spreadsheets and time resource planning programs.
  • English (Advanced Level). Desirable second language according to project assignment.
