About the Role

Supervises and manages the assigned area Maintenance Program for the MAP building.  Includes troubleshooting, new equipment installation, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, electronic components, robotics, and the mechanical/hydraulic/maintenance of equipment and machinery.

MAP Maintenance Supervisor will provide supervision and direction to the Maintenance Technicians at MAP. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a world class Maintenance team at MAP.
  • It is the responsibility of every supervisor to ensure that safe and healthy work conditions are maintained.
  • It is the responsibility of every supervisor to attend the monthly safety training and train all their associates each month on the related topic.
  • Supervisors must perform safety inspections, safety talks and be involved in accident investigations. They must correct unsafe acts or conditions, correct or comment on health and safety performance, and conduct performance appraisals ensuring worker’s safety performance.
  • Responsible for assigning, collecting, entering and confirmation of PMs in conjunction with the PM Planner.

Who we are looking for

Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two to five years’ experience and/or training; or Technical Apprenticeship with Certification or Journeyman Card; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Your preferred qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or management experience required (minimum 5-8 years).
  • 5-8 years manufacturing equipment maintenance experience required.
  • General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Must possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact within all levels of the organizations.

Pay range: $85.000 - $100,000
