For our location in Sailauf we are looking for a
Purchasing Process Specialist (m/f/d)
Key Responsibilities
- Support production sites in compliance with legal restrictions
- Establish requested contracts with support of HR & Legal Council
- Provide evidence for legal compliance
- Drive strategy across divisions and supply base
- Establish new standards for supplier selection and management
- Incorporate new supplier KPI (NQC) together with Corporate Purchasing team
- Provide recommendations to stakeholders, support other departments in new business
- Incorporate in sourcing process and provide guidance to divisions based on customer feedback
- Support divisions in supply chain monitoring
- Liaise with Corporate to implement processes and tools
- Adjust standard documents reflecting legal and customer requirements
- Support Corporate Purchasing actions in CLM process, database configuration, supplier selection, etc.
- Involve divisions and roll-out standards (De-centralization with standardization)
Key Qualifications/Requirements
- Degree in economics or business law or comparable
- At least two years of experience in a similar position in the automotive industry
- Experience in cross-departmental cooperation in the automotive industry
- Intercultural experience with different nationalities
- Business fluent in English
- Distinct self-organisation and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Demonstrated ability to align content between internal/external or across internal parties
- Ability to motivate others to achieve goals
