Role Summary

To support our IT team, we are looking for a work student (m/f/d) for an IT support role for approx 20 hours a week. In this role you will have the opportunity to extend your knowledge and obtain new skills while working together with more experienced colleagues. Your motivation is one of the key factors towards your future growth and professional success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support with procurement tasks related to IT (capex requests, Purchase Requisitions etc.)
  • Support with IT mobile device management from stock maintenance, HW configuration till end-user support
  • Assist with user Onboarding/Off-boarding IT related controls and monitoring
  • Support with IT documentation administration including but not limited to operations, support etc.
  • Assist in IT add-hoc tasks according to knowledge and skill set and general support for IT Team

Key Qualifications/Requirements

  • Studying Computer Science or comparable qualification
  • Knowledge of computer and I/O hardware
  • Knowledge and practical skills of MS Office 365 applications
  • Knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes (advantageous)
  • Fluent in English and/or German (written and spoken-B2/C1)
  • Good communication and collaboration skills are demanded
  • Hands-on mentality and independence at a decent level
  • Interest in learning new areas
