Role Summary

The Student – Systems Requiremenst Engineering will help the requirements Manager to automate parts of the requirements process and metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Requiremenst Manager to automate parts of the following tasks :

  • Tailoring the Requirements Corporate Process to the customer and core projects
  • Implementing the ASPICE Methodology into customer and core projects
  • Tailoring the Requirement Review Process to the customer and core projects
  • Integrates the Requirements Management Plan into the Project Engineering Plan
  • Defines the Requirements Documents Structures
  • Defines the Tracebility Strategy
  • Define the Lifecycle of Requirements inside the Projects
  • Updates and maintains the Requirements management Plan continuously Define together with internal and external stakeholders the project metrics
  • Provides and presents the metrics to the internal and external stakeholders
  • defines, creates and maintains the requirements document structure in PTC
  • defines and supports together with the Engineering Tool Support team the Toolchain used for the System Requirements Management
  • imports new stakeholder requirements documents
  • manage the list of the Stakeholder requirements documents.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

  • Student in Computer Engineering / Systems Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Computer Science/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Software
    • Experience with VBA and Python Scripting
    • Experience with ALM tools (e.g. PTC Integrity, DOORS), simulation SW (e.g. Matlab SIMULINK), Enterprise Architect is not mandatory but preferable
    • Experience with UML or Matlab/Simulink and Stateflo
  • VBA and Python Scripting
  • Knowledge of MS Office package (especially Excel)
  • ALM tools (PTC Integrity): is not mandatory but preferable
  • Comprehensive knowledge of English (speak & write)
  • For positions outside native English speaking countries:
  • Advanced knowledge in the local language desirable
  • Travel (domestic and international) may be needed
