Role Summary

  • Contribute to a growing software innovation team run like a startup and support building new business opportunities
  • Be part of a new ambitious group exploiting the vast opportunities of high-level software engineering in the automotive world
  • Work in an aspiring agile team with a lot of creative freedom in terms of the tools, technologies and working methods used
  • Help to make technology decisions for new software products that others will see in their cars in the near future
  • Maintaining and extending cloud and mobile development as well as IoT infrastructure as part of our product portfolio
  • Possibility to utilize and expand your skills in technologies like python, containerization, IoT, app development
     

Your qualification

  • Affinity to multiple software engineering domains (app, web, cloud development)
  • Both senior and junior developers (also students looking for a part-time job are welcome!)
    • Senior: several years of professional experience in at least one of the topics mentioned.
    • Junior: education with a focus on software development, first experiences in object-oriented development
  • Openness towards innovative software technologies and frameworks
  • Willingness to take advantage of the wide range of further training opportunities within the company

In addition to all the benefits mentioned, it is important to us, to offer a fair and attractive compensation package. With a completed Master's degree you will receive a minimum basic salary of EUR 51,800 (FH-Masters degree) gross per year (basis: 38.5h, no all-in). However, overpayment is common practice due to relevant experience and qualifications. This position is filled via a personnel service provider, the transfer to Engineering Center Steyr GmbH & Co KG is desirable in the long term.
