岗位概述

  1. Support divisions for management reporting including but not limited to controlling over HFM adjustment entries and intercompany reconciliations to ensure compliance with Magna Policies and timelines
  2. Review divisional monthly P/L reporting (FIR) and key B/S indicators; consolidate regional results and report to regional management team and to Global Product Groups Finance functions.
  3. Review and consolidate Magna Quarterly Schedules of Asia divisions; coordinate and to answer queries from Magna/MPT
  4. Review Forecast/Budget reporting package of Asia divisions before submission to MPT senior management team
  5. Support Asia GO functions reporting and forecast/budget as backup
  6. Provide guidance to Asia divisions on Magna Finance Policies
  7. Coordination & Support for regional reviews of projects acquisition quotations and liaison with JV team for financial back up / interrogation of pre-op costs funding and cost structure assessments.
  8. Monitoring pricing and cost impact on business growth and profitability generating of all Asia divisions

  1. JV/WOFE finance teams – Profit Analysis, Engineering Control, Accounting and Operations finance
  2. Global Group Finance – TS / DS / MFS controllers & adhoc regional analysis for divisions
  3. MPT China GO – senior leadership (regional head / Finance / HR and Engineering
  4. Magna International China – Tax, Treasury & Legal and MI Corporate. 

关键资质/要求

  1. Bachelor degree
  2. 6 to 10 years in financial background
  3. Strong financial & data analysis skills and computer application skills
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  5. Ability to travel 30% (within China)
