About the Role
As a Power Module Testing Engineer, your main responsibility is to test and validate power modules for inverters used in traction drives. This involves working with a dedicated team to ensure that these modules can handle voltages up to 1000V and currents up to 800A. Your rigorous testing processes are essential in ensuring the reliability of these power modules. Additionally, you play a crucial role in accompanying projects from the initial prototypes to the start of series production. Your focus on quality standards and customer requirements helps ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities
- Power module testing for inverters for powertrains (voltages < 1000V, currents up to 800A)
- Creating test plans and test specifications
- Planning and setting up test benches for component verification
- Automating test procedures on test benches and in the electronics laboratory
- Conducting, analyzing, and documenting measurements
Who we are looking for

Your preferred qualifications
- Degree from a technical university (Bachelor / Master / PhD) in the field of electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or technical physics
- At least 2 years experience in the field of power electronics
- Functional understanding of semiconductor devices
- Basic programming skills
- Willingness to travel within Ausria & Germany
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- German language skills highly appreciated

It is important to us to offer a fair and attractive remuneration package. The gross monthly salary for 38.5 hours according to the collective agreement for the automotive industry is at least € 3,800 (14 x p.a .) for this position. The actual salary will then be determined depending on your actual number of hours.
