About the Role
As Human Resources Trainee, you will be part of a multi-cultural business team and gain a holistic approach of the professional world of Human Resources at MAGNA. During this program which will last 18 months, you will participate in different trainings and work in national and international assignments (each lasting between 3 and 6 months) within the different HR functions. You will be guided and supported by experienced colleagues and your own business mentor. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in Human Resources and work alongside experienced HR professionals.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Provide administrative support in areas like employee benefits, payroll, and HR compliance
- Participate in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
- Organisation of trainings and Talent development programs
- Take over international HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Assist with employee relations and respond to HR-related inquiries

Your preferred qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, psychology, law or similar

First work experience through internships and/or working student positions ideally in automotive industry

Fluent in German and English plus another language (preferred Spanish or French)
