Role Summary

For our new division Magna Body & Chassis Hungary (location Vecses) we are looking for the Mechatronics. The Mechatronics is responsible for the repair and service  electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic industrial equipment and ensuring that this equipment runs continuously at maximum efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities

  • To make daily*/monthly/yearly service works for electric, mechanic, hydraulic and pneumatic industrial equipment such as press lines, welding robotic lines. 
  • Be able and perform predicting breakdowns. 
  • Check equipment before/withing/after shifts for broken and wear elements. Provide professional technical diagnostics.  
  • Be able to provide professional execution of such tasks as bearing diagnostics and change, electric voltage, current measuring/electric motors  checking/diagnostics of hydraulic cylinders and pumps/checking and diagnostic of pneumatic circuits. 
  • Propose and implement actions for improving equipment performance. 

Key Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience in maintenance of industrial equipment as Electric or Mechanic or Mechatronic for at least 3 years in automotive and over 5 years in over industries.  
  • Be able to provide service of electric networks 0,4 kV
  • Be able to read and understand electric, pneumatic, hydraulic diagrams. Mechanical drawings.
  • Skills for basic robot programming is a preference. 
  • Skills of welding is preference. 
  • Experience in automotive metal parts production is preference. 
     

Work Environment

  • Production work environment.
  • Ensures timely, accurate and complete communication to create and maintain excellent working relations.
  • A driver’s license is preferable.
  • Training for missing knowledge for successful candidates.
  • Business trips for another Magna divisions for getting experience.
