Working Student (m/f/x) - Global Industrial Engineering

About the Role

As a Working Student – Global Industrial Engineering, you will be part of the global operations organization and work with all Magna Electronics divisions to drive key manufacturing initiatives and improvements. Your Responsibilities

• Support the global industrial engineering team in data collection and documentation
• Consolidation and analysis of data from the plants in the context of new projects
• Creation of MS Office documents for comparison of global key figures and business areas
• Consolidation and analysis of capacity and investment data, identification of improvement ideas
• Comparison of production facilities and processes to support global standardization initiatives

Who we are looking for

• Ongoing bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering or equivalent
• First experience as part of an internship or at best as a working student is very welcome
• Knowledge and interest in (electronics) production processes in combination with analytical and proactive thinking
• Advanced experience in MS Office, especially Excel and PPT Comprehensive knowledge of English/German (written and spoken)
• Motivation to work in a centralized, global manufacturing team together with manufacturing departments around the world

• Engineering mindset with corresponding problem-solving skills
• Quick comprehension and willingness to learn
