Your Tasks

  • Collaboration in development projects of mechatronic components from concept finding to building up prototypes and validation
  • Simulation for the evaluation of electromagnetic stray fields and the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of electrical / electronic assemblies and electrical machines
  • Development of measures and design rules to ensure EMC at module (power electronics, motor) and subsystem level (electric motor including control)
  • Ensuring state of the art expertise in the field of EMC and electrics / electronics
  • Continuous improvement of the development methodology in the field of electrics / electronics and simulation
  • Cooperation with electronics development, construction, testing, suppliers and scientific institutes

Your Profile

  • Technical education at a TU / FH (DI / Master Automotive Engineering, Electronics / High frequency technology / mechatronics
  • Experience in electromagnetic compatibility in automotive industry and simulation (CST Studio Suite, Maxwell3D, FEMAG, Mentor) 
  • Experience in electric machines and power electronics beneficial
  • Matlab / Simulink / Python / Maxwell3D
  • Language skills (English, German)
  • High degree of independence, conscientiousness, and resilience
  • communication and team skills
  • Safe appearance
     

Additional Information

For this function, we offer an attractive compensation package that matches your individual experience and qualifications. The gross salary for 38.5 hours/week is at least € 56.000,-- per annum. Overpayment is possible according to your experience and educational background.
