岗位概述

POSITION SUMMARY:

The role of the IT Analyst – IT Compliance & PMO is to ensure that all IT compliance requirements, standards & policies are effectively implemented across all MPT AP divisions, and as PMO to manage IT demands and monitor IT projects. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Compliance
o    Support and maintain Magna audits and standards. 
o    Perform regular ITGC testing/checklist tracking and provide recommendations.
o    ITGC/SOX action plan and remediation follow-ups
o    ITGC consistent improvement, coordinate with GSM/ICC
o    Support JVs with MAGNA ITGC requirements

•    Project Management 
o    Plan and support divisional project across region (MES/SAP etc. ) 
o    Create presentation and reports for stakeholders. 
o    Project steering and coordinating
o    Develop a strong understanding of business and system processes.
o    Collect and Manage IT demands.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1.    Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Security, Information Systems, or equivalent proof of baseline knowledge.
2.    Strong knowledge of various frameworks/regulations such as ISO 27001/2, NIST 800-53, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, GDPR, TISAX, SOX, ITIL, COBIT, COSO or similar.
3.    3+ years of multi-domain IT experience.
4.    2+ years of IT project management and/or IT audit and/or Information security experience.
5.    Accredited certifications a plus, such as: CISA, CISSP, PMP.
6.    Previous Internal/External audit or Project Management experience is a plus. 
7.    Working language is mandarin, but fluent in Korean is mandatory, and well in English is a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Office environment; Limited Travel and Overtime required. 

While working in this environment, the employee will be exposed to machinery, moving equipment and material, moderate noise, airborne particles, fumes and various levels of temperature created by the manufacturing process.
