岗位概述

This position is accountable for playing a role in supporting MIC HR daily work and responsible for monthly payroll calculation. Work closely with each Group or functional leaders to provide HR administrative assistance, as well as supporting Sr. HR managers on regional C&B projects in details.

关键职责
  • Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle activities, including but not limited to:
  • Pre-on-boarding/ On-boarding/ Off-boarding;
  • Enroll & Exit registration process execution;
  • Probation Performance & Labor Contract Management;
  • Internal transfer, Mobility, Promotion, Demotion Follow up; etc.
  • Responsible for Employees’ data maintenance in HRIS
  • Handle monthly/annual payroll calculation, Individual tax reporting and mandatory benefits such as social insurance and other governmental reporting requests
  • Keep close contact with vendors for other annual/seasons/monthly benefits (travel insurance, seasons’ gift, birthday and other)
  • Manage P-File /HR File, and responsible for issuing relevant certificates such as employment, income, dispatch letter, certificate for employees’ visa application, or other documents per requirements
  • Check staff's leave application, attendance, absence, etc. and responsible for leave/ attendance/ absence report tracking and maintenance
  • Provide various HR related reports (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual report)
  • Assist on HR Office Part of New Hire Orientation
关键资质/要求

Knowledge and Education

- Bachelor Degree in any major field, major in HR is preferred

 

Work Experience

- 3-6 years working experience in Human Resources.

 

Skills and Competencies

- Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin

- General knowledge of employment laws and practices.

- Familiar with local governmental policy such as SPF regulation, individual income tax policy, etc.

- Able to present information in forms, tables, and spreadsheets.

- Evidence of the practice of a high level / data information of confidentiality.

- Ability to operate under immense pressure.

- Team worker and self-motivation
