About the Role
Your Responsibilities
- Perform daily audits multiply times a day, create Quality Alerts and issue as needed, perform Poka-Yoke/red rabbits audits as directed, and train production employees on the quality alerts and boundary book as needed.
- SOW and B and C crew PQA audits
- Respond or communicate with shift sups on findings and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data, make recommendations, developing internal auditing tools and conducting internal audits and reports.
- Participate in pre-shift start up meetings daily
- Support B crew team lead meetings weekly
- Review EOL operations and provide direction on out of boundary seats, investigate build issues, assist Quality to identify “knack” steps needed in work instructions, JES, visual aids, boundary samples (including inspection stations).
- Work with Quality on trim issues for QPF due to supplier issues or plant trim rejections.
- Lead and participate in QC101 for customer issues.
- Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer liaison issues throughout the floor operations. Communicate with VO liaisons as needed for customers related issues.
- Communicate and directed 3rd party containment or support as needed related to customer issues.
