Your tasks

  • Be an enabler for future product ideas within Magna Powertrain
  • Supporting the definition of future advanced engineering projects and corporate strategy inputs 
  • Technology monitoring and forward benchmarking of vehicles, powertrains and functions
  • Supporting the idea processing including shaping and detailing, evaluation, prioritization and documentation in line with the corporate strategy
  • Supporting an agile maturity increase of the prioritized ideas in cooperation with technical experts (bringing meat on the bone)
  • Proactive knowledge management 

Your profile

  • Bachelorstudent (experienced) or Masterstudent of an engineering study (e.g. mechanical, electrical, automotive, mechatronics, SW engineering or innovation management)
  • High degree in self-responsibility and ability to communicate complex dependencies 
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong ability to communicate and work in a multicultural and interdisciplinary team environment
  • Solid English language skills, both written and oral

For this function, we offer an attractive compensation package that matches your individual experience and qualifications. The gross monthly salary corresponding to the metal collective agreement for 38.5 hours is at least 2.398,29 € (14 x p.a.). Overpayment is possible according to your experience and educational background.
