About the Role

As a product engineer, you will be responsible for designing, testing and improving technology solutions as per the client’s industry. You will work closely with other team members & engineers in the field to ensure that products meet customer’s needs and goals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform product testing, analysis and updates on a quarterly/annual basis.
  • Work with product managers to develop product roadmaps and timelines.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and designers to solve complex technical problems.
  • Develop and implement testing procedures and product prototypes.
  • Provide technical support to customers and other team members as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and implement changes in the systems accordingly.

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree / Engineering degree in industrialization engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product engineering or a related role.
  • Knowledge of product development processes, including ideation, design and testing.
  • Experience with design software and tools, such as CAD and simulation software.
  • Strong attention to detail with a creative eye for solving complex problems.

Your preferred qualifications

  • Proven Know how in product design process in TRIM for automotive industry
  • Advanced degree or certificates in engineering or a related field.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements for product development.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with other teams to explain product designs.
  • Passion for innovation and creating new products that solve real-world problems.
